2010: Below is a rare photo of a Bordelaise heifer (aka Bordelais in English) taken in the suburbs of Bordeaux, near Bruges. According to Gilles, a small herd of Bordelaise is the property of a ‘Conservatoire’ and the city of Bordeaux gives them a place to live and feed.
