What Does This Policy Cover?
This policy covers all information that we collect and receive from your use of krankykids.com and from any electronic communications you have with Kranky Kids. This includes information related to your use of our app and services, and information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address, IP address, and phone number.
krankykids.com contains links to other websites. krankykids.com is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those other sites, and this Policy does not apply to the practices of any entities other than Lishka DeVoss and krankykids.com, even if web links refer to those other entities.

If you contact us — via email, twitter, telephone, or otherwise — you provide us with “personally identifiable information”, “personal information”, or “personal data”. This information may consist of your name, email address, twitter handle, mailing address, telephone number, and/or other data that can be used to identify you. You are not required to supply any such information to use krankykids.com. None of this information is collected unless you contact us directly and provide that information.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit a page on krankykids.com, the web server records each request for a resource (html page, css file, image, etc.) in a log.
Every web server in commercial service collects these logs, as far as we know. Our web hosting provider tells us that it is not able to turn off this logging: it is required as part of providing the web service. We have configured the server to purge those logs on a daily basis, and older logs are not archived.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not use cookies anywhere on the site nor do we use any third-party trackers or analytics.
How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
Information you provide may be used to respond to your requests. The IP address found in web log resource requests is used by our web hosting provider to create usage statistics. Beyond those cases, we have no interest in nor use for your personal information. Your information is not used for mailing lists (as we don’t have any), or for our own marketing except with your explicit written permission. We do not disclose your information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your information to any other third party, except if and when required by law.
Your Choices
If you are in the European Union, you may have the legal right to deletion of your personal data. Whether or not you are in the EU, if you wish to access, change or delete personal information we hold about you, please contact us. We will respond as promptly as possible and comply as soon as it is practical to do so.
