COWS: Guest Cow Pages

After thanking Camille and asking if she would be a contributor on the Guest Cow Pages, she sent me these three gorgeous pictures of the Saônoise (which is frequently spelled Saosnoise when the circumflex accent over the 'o' is missing).

The Saônoise is an endangered breed which originated in the region of Pays de la Loire. Today the Saônoise is mainly found in the department of Sarthe.
