Kranky Kids® Script Use/Reuse Notice
You have permission to use Lishka DeVoss/Kranky Kids® copyrighted scripts in productions under the following conditions:
1. You must first contact Kranky Kids® and get permission.
2. You must give credit to Kranky Kids® during your production/performance and also in any printed or digital material related to your production/performance (posters, newsletters, programs, flyers, etc.).
3. All profits made from your production/performance must be applied to one or more of the following:
• funding a school’s drama department
• funding a school’s tech/video department
• funding an after-school program
• giving a party for the students who have participated in the production
YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION to:
1. Make a profit that does not adhere to the above requirements.
2. Rewrite any of the scripts unless approved by Lishka DeVoss. Contact her directly at: lishka@krankykids.com
3. Expand or create new scripts based on any characters/scenarios Lishka DeVoss/Kranky Kids® has specifically created and/or developed. These include, but are not limited to: Men In Milk™, Caterpillar Cop™, Grimmly Speaking®, Investigative Retorts™, The Literal Family™, Ptime Flies Like A Pterodactyl™, Spirits of the School, The Pretty Pretty Princess, Looking For Godzilla’s Sandals, Saving Tink, The Bad Detectives™, Leo Gets A Letter, Titanic The Silent Movie, Sei Favole, Spirits of the School, Radio Afters, School Store Sitcom, One Waiter One Shift, The Literal School, The Raw Pineapple, The Missing Student, Time For Cows®, My Daily Cow®, The Cow Wall®.
4. Integrate any copyrighted music or copyrighted material and attribute its use to Kranky Kids®.
5. Create any visuals/sounds incongruous with the material. (Ex: gratuitous violence, pornographic in nature — you know what I mean and you DO NOT WANT all these angry mothers and fathers hunting you down and I assure you, THEY WILL.)
