Salsa: Pico de Gallo

Use what you have and everything to taste. Mix and let sit for about one hour before serving (if you can wait that long).

INGREDIENTS
red onion, diced
scallion, chopped
jalapeño, seeded and diced small
lime juice
white wine vinegar
fresh cilantro leaves, chopped or torn
Kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
Korean chili bean paste (gochujang) - optional
