Beets: Roasted

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to 400ºF.

2. Wash beets well and place in roasting pan and cover.

3. Roast, undisturbed, for at least 45 minutes. A thin-bladed knife should pierce one with little resistance. If they cook at different rates; remove each when done.

NOTE Store refrigerated. Their jackets will slip off easily.
