The Pohjois-Suomolainen Karja (PSK) is an authentic breed whose arrival to northern Finland is thought to be due to the migration of the Sami people — who either brought the cattle from the south of Finland, or from Sweden and Norway.
The three Finncattle breeds are:
• West Finncattle
• North Finncattle
• East Finncattle
