• Irish Polled
The Irish Moiled is an ancient polled breed found mainly in Northern Ireland.
The Irish Moiled is thought to be related to Scandinavian cattle brought by the Vikings during their invasions in the 8th and 9th centuries.
The Irish Moiled at one time was almost completely replaced by Shorthorns — which are superior in milk production.
