The Jochberg Hummel (aka Polled Jochberg; Jochberger Hummeln in German) is a polled strain of the Pinzgauer breed. The lack of horns make them hard to harness and yoke for work.
The Jochberg Hummel was integrated into the Pinzgauer herdbook in 1997 and is no longer considered a separate breed.
The Jochberg Hummel, since 2002, is part of a conservation program for the Pinzgauer.
