Drimmon - cow - Ireland

The Drimmon (aka Droimeann) is white-backed and considered an authentic color variety — and it’s rare.

The Drimmon is possibly a Longhorn descendant or a cross of the Kerry and the Irish Moiled.

A Drimmon named ‘Big Bertha’ is in the Guinness Book of World Records for reaching the age of 48years and eight months — and birthing 39 calves!

(Gaelic) droimeann = white-backed
